Dr. Manul Das is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Mindport Carevilla with advanced training in psychiatry, neurostimulation therapies, and evidence-based mental health care. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, and his MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious JIPMER, Puducherry, where he graduated as the Best Outgoing Postgraduate. He further completed a Research Fellowship in Neuromodulation in Psychiatry from the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi.
Prior to joining Carevilla, Dr. Manul served as a Psychiatrist at KIMS Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram, and as Senior Resident in Psychiatry at AIIMS Deoghar. He has experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, psychosexual concerns, psychosomatic disorders, dementia, substance use disorders, gaming disorder, and personality disorders.
Dr. Manul has a special interest in neuromodulation-based treatments and is skilled in the application of advanced techniques such as rTMS, tDCS, ECT, and tACS. He combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centred approach and has contributed to the academic field through several research publications in psychiatry.
