She believes that every person’s recovery journey is unique and works closely with clients and their families to develop treatment plans that are tailored to their emotional, psychological, and social needs. Dr. Gemima has expertise in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and is experienced in providing ECT as part of comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with severe or treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions. Her experience includes supporting patients across different stages of life, including situations where carefully considered treatment approaches are essential to ensure both safety and effectiveness. She also has experience in psychiatric emergency care, rehabilitation-focused treatment, and the integration of neuromodulation approaches such as rTMS-assisted therapy when clinically appropriate.
