Ms. Lekshmi K. serves as the Head of the Women and Child Clinic at Mindport Carevilla, bringing a rare and valuable combination of psychological and nursing expertise to her role. With advanced training in Psychology and Pediatric Nursing, along with certification in Palliative Nursing, she offers a deeply integrated and compassionate approach to mental health care for women, children, and families.
As a highly trained psychologist, she specialises in evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her clinical work is guided by an understanding of the unique developmental, emotional, and psychological needs of women and children across different life stages. She also incorporates mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
